These are supporting characters who float in and out of the 'UrBaN DeCaY' world.

DRAKE STONE:
Proprietor/bartender. Owns 'Mandrake's', the bar that Coven-13 call home. He is not a devigene but has little problems with them - primarily due to the fact that a band of devigenes provide good protection!

JUICERS:
Gang bangers who rob bars for liquor and money.
